Starting to work out the details of my new tank I am putting in my basement. Like the title says it is going to be 12'L x 4'D x 3'T also hooked into this central filtration system is going to be my 200g tank with my cariba piranha in it. and my 2 - 75's that are empty right now. Still deciding what size sump to use.... hoping to get opinions on that also would like it if I could get away with a 150g sump

Looking for opinions on stocking.... just to see if anyone out there has any cool ideas I have not thought of.

As is right now..... my thoughts are

foursome of rays 1 male and 3 females
(potential for breeding)

1 GATF

1 arrow

2 alligator garr

and a fly river turtle

let me know how you guys feel about this stock and if anyone has any suggestions that would be great !

I would throw some P-Bass in as well.....

In your list of beast you missed Armatus, maybe even a pima..

you guys think an arapima would do good in there?? I thought they would get to large.. because I want it to take up the entire wall... and at 4ft I leave 2 feet for me to get behind it to service and such If I make it 6ft then it weighs a ton more and takes up 8ft of my basement

Personally I might keep the 200g on it's own filtration just because of the messiness of P's. Seems like adding their bioload to the other tank might not be ideal. Of course it would also help the 200 to have that much more water volume in its system. Your call obv, just what came to my mind.
