looks just like a wels catfish seriously! That and the wels can almost be like twins.

The wallago has a different head profile and a deeper body than the wels. The wallago´s body is also a bit lesser elongated and the eyes are a bit different. If you are familiar with both species, it is in general very easy to discriminate between them.

wels cats are cold water fish as well if im correct. this guy is really cool to own im growing more fond of him every meal someone will be very happy with this monster! or your more then welcome to check him out at the shop of course for free!!

Yes, the wels is a coldwater species, but it does very well in warm water.
