I was doing some tank maintenance and had a chance to measure my Barred Midas from COTA - he is 13" long TL, and a full 2.5" wide. His name is puppy dog and he is the gentle ruler of his 300. He only bars up now when made at someone outside the tank - or when I breed him in another tank. I bred him w/ a pure barred and kept the three biggest. They have now all peeled and are int he tank w/ him.

Well I have a 12” Chancho in there - if I can get him back to fully healthy, he probably has the best chance of hitting the 15” mark. GuapoteMel on YouTube (known for his giant Dovii) had a monster Chancho in his 1000 gallon tank that had to be 16” plus. No Amph I have ever seen has even come close.
