135g set up and tropheus colonies-pick up only in houston texas

i'm downsizing and need to sell my 135g setup with fish
Fishes include:
24 WC adult tropheus red rainbow kasanga 4-5 inches- $480 for the whole group, include 3 F1 fry for free. (i got 30 frys from this colony last month)-sell as group only.
around 35 juvi F1 ikola, around 3 inches-$10 each-prefer selling them in group.
i also have around 26 or 27 Juvi F1 chimba tropheus 3.5" for sale-$12 each-sell in group only.

setup include: $850-sell as a package now. no part out yet.
135g oceanic tank and stand(all black), glass tops, two 36" all-glass aquarium lights, and one 4 ft marineland 50/50 dual bulbs fixture
filtration: eheim 2260, and wet and dry proclear 125 with mag 7
2 Koralia 4, 2 new resolution 1400gph koralia
heater, a lot of holy rock, PFS sand,
