14" Jardini with Black spots disease

i made a mistake of feeding my jardini minows that were infected with blackspot disease. ( i didn't know it then, but now i do) now, my jardini has it. my question is, what should I do? the spots are on the fins, gill, and body scales. is there any meditcation that i can use? any information would be great.

one more thing, it's tail fin is always torn. I don't know why. I have a pleco. with it, about 8 inches. or is it because the water??

fins are torn like fin rot? and pics of the black spots my jar has one on his body, its been there for a year now but he still eats and swims normal
