14" mono p.bass price

I came across a 14" mono p.bass at my lfs, he's priced at $149. I'm just now getting into these fish and don't know prices for certain species. So is $149 a good price?

Ok guys thanks for the input, I see mono's for sale on here cheaper but sometimes not by much. I like helping local LFS's rather than purchasing online sometimes regarding what the fish is, but in the mean time I hate to be gauged.
