born here in my home, most of his sibling were given away. we kept a few. he is my last one. i bought him a baby bristlenose friend recently. the baby is in a quarantine planted tank. the baby keeps hiding and now i cant catch him haha

if his eyes look odd it's only the flash, he looks good for an older guy.and my android camera is not great

That's awesome! I've got one little bristlenose, approaching 2", that was born in a community tank here at home last year. I moved it out before the angelfish or other tankmates ate it, and it's been thriving in a tank with exodon tetras and a few corys. It's out and about most of the time, unlike its mother (also in this tank, but rarely seen), but doesn't seem to like it when I approach to take a picture; this one is almost in focus:

Would be pretty cool if this little pleco could live for 14 years!

Very impressive! I've got a few small catfish (Zamora Woodcats) that are about 18 years old. People don't believe me when they see a 5" catfish that's older than their kids, lol! I currently have a Blue Phantom Place that's pushing 11 or 12 years now.

He looks amazing love his tail!!
thank you, I appreciate that. I love his tail too. when he's annoyed he puts all of his Fins up and he's quite the sight. he was doing that and I went to get a picture of hm but then only his tail was showing in the picture or maybe all the other ones were down by the time I got the phone I don't remember now. lol

oh, he's a good looking fish! oh nice that you saved him from the Angels by moving him. it's pretty awesome to have someone born and raised up in your tanks. I always love that. I love my tetras! I got some of those white skirt tetras that have the GloFish gene. mine are blue and pink. I've had them about 6 weeks now. wow they are so friendly ,come up to me when I talk to them. they're not afraid like all my other big fish in the same tank, who I've had since they were tiny dots and they act like they've never seen me before, "Who's that? stranger danger who's that person? swim away as fast as you can for Cod's sake!! " 🙄
