born here in my home, most of his sibling were given away. we kept a few. he is my last one. i bought him a baby bristlenose friend recently. the baby is in a quarantine planted tank. the baby keeps hiding and now i cant catch him haha

if his eyes look odd it's only the flash, he looks good for an older guy.and my android camera is not great

That's awesome! I've got one little bristlenose, approaching 2", that was born in a community tank here at home last year. I moved it out before the angelfish or other tankmates ate it, and it's been thriving in a tank with exodon tetras and a few corys. It's out and about most of the time, unlike its mother (also in this tank, but rarely seen), but doesn't seem to like it when I approach to take a picture; this one is almost in focus:

Would be pretty cool if this little pleco could live for 14 years!

Very impressive! I've got a few small catfish (Zamora Woodcats) that are about 18 years old. People don't believe me when they see a 5" catfish that's older than their kids, lol! I currently have a Blue Phantom Place that's pushing 11 or 12 years now.
