Some of you may have wondered where I have been, most of you probably didn't. I was on a little 2 week vacation away from MFK and that's all that needs to be said. However, I have now returned to lurk these boards once again, so here's an update on my tank for those that liked my photographs.
Nothing has physically changed, other than my heater literally exploding and requiring a replacement as it's now Winter in the Southern Hemisphere, but considering I've been gone for 2 weeks I figured I'd give myself this thread as a welcome back present.
Geophagus altifrons 'Rio Tocantins', actually looking reasonably bland in this photo.
Geophagus sp. 'Araguaia Orange Head', dominant male. Still not showing much orange in the head but it should come through within the next inch of growth. Every now and then it's quite visible.
Acarichthys heckelii, got a decently lit photo of him!
Same Heckelii. Fed some Beefheart to get them out and about, hence the floating specs as I split it up as much as possible with my fingers so they need to scavenge it.
G. araguaia enjoying some beefheart.

Here's a crappy video from May 19, they'll be as good as GreenTerra's and AquaMojo's videos one day (probably when I buy an actual video camera). Was also dumb enough to not mute the background noise, and the music runs a little too long
