Soo. I have started my 1400 gallon tank(1200 gallon thread from DIY tanks). Filter is up and running, and i have this milky water, i know that it comes from the fact that its not cycled.. BUT, all the fishes i have goes in an 550 gallon indoor pond, runned by 2xfx5 and eheim 2080. So my question is, can i move the fishes AND the filters to the 1400 gallon tank, even tho there is cloudy water? (have not tested the water yet). I would assume the filters i already have are capable of taking the load they already do, even tho its a new tank.. And, will the cloudy water go away when i put cycled filters in there?

No idea, but i'd love to have that problem in a 1400 gallon tank!!!!!

I would most DEFINITELY test the water before putting the fish in. How long has the 1400 been cycling with the filter?
give the water a quick test for things like ph, just in case, but what you say about the filters and bioload is right !
