It depends. I used to pay 150usd for a 13" endlicheri when there's no bichir farm. Now since there is bichir farm, the farm bred endlicheri of 3~5 inch is about 30~35 usd. If you want a large sized one, the price IMO is OK. Why not try those farm bred endlicheri. You can get 5pcs juv endlicheri.

For that size the price is good. I paid 110 for 1 around 12 inches in the northeast. And if you really like it and it looks good and have the money grab it just dont keep it with things he can feed on. If you do get it make sure you leave no opening uncovered on the tank i had one about 12 inches jump out through a 2 inch space. There went $110 on the floor and in the back yard.
I recently paid $150 for a 14" endli, but only because the store owner was sure it was a dehlezi.
I showed him my thread here where I asked for ID and he was not happy to find out it was in fact an endli, lol.
He would have charged at least $100 more. Fish like that at that size where I am are rare. He's since sold 3 individual 10" endli for $200 a piece.
