15 Gallon as quarantine tank?

I'll be getting 2 10 - 12 inch WC bichirs this saturday, I will be treating them with Jungle anti parasite, Will a 15 gallon be ok as a temporary tank, Just to treat them for parasite, they'll be in the tank for about 1 week , before being transferred to my main tank.

thanks, I have a spare 75 gallon tank, but trying to save on meds lol will just prepare the 75 gallon with half filled water.

thanks, How about current, will they be ok with current in the tank? planning to just use a powerhead for filtration, also planning to keep them in there for maybe a week or less?
