I have been unsuccesful in limiting the growth of my RTC and he is now bothering my arowana to the point where the aro will barely eat. So now the RTC must go. He is about 15" in length and he eats like a charm. Anyways, I am located in So Cal and I have no clue how to ship this guy so I would prefer pick up only. $50 OBO

What you are seeing is one of his two birth defects. His right gill plate is about 1/2" too short right now, so that little white flap always curls out. He also is missing the pair of barbels that should be on his chin. Other than these two defects, he's in perfect health, eats like a pig and is ever so gentle about taking the food from my hand.
 
Neo likes fish with disabilites or deformities, see if he wants to buy it.
 
I had the same sitiuation you cant wait , drop the RTC at the fish store in the meantime keep the lights on all the time and stuff him with food. My RTC killed my huge arowana at night good luck bro at night the cat will attack and kill it
