15 watts for common plants?

i have a 15 Watt regular light is this enough for the common plants like Anacharis ?

what size tank? Depending on tank depth, light dispersion, etc it may or may not be.
1) Anachris can grow with pretty much any lighting, as well as many anubias sp. among others.
2) if you are talking about a 10-15 gallon tank, then yes they will survive. Any bigger and they probably won't do so hot.

you should be able to keep java moss, java ferns, anubias, anacharis with that amount of lighting.
