Well what a 
week I have had in fish keeping! First off all had a filter its self put about 15 Gallons of water into my fish room this then stressed my gar out who then managed to jump out the tank through a gap in the corner where my filter pipes run through God knows how he got through it but he did. So got home from work to fined and tank down on water a filter burnt out a Gar worth about £100 dead. Felt quite philosophical about this as have not had a death other than natural causes in years. And I should have thrown that POS Rena filter out a year ago when it did it in my living room. Ironically I had 3 Eheims sitting in a cupboard in the fish room. Well had a day off work today to sort my fishing gear out as off to France fishing. looking at my pond in the garden noticed one of my Orfe (had for 15 years) was sitting wedged in the corner so went over to have a look. Only to fined she was dead as I picked her out off the water loads of eggs fell out off her please see photo of my son holding her if you look closely you can see an egg dropping out the look of horror from my son is the smell of rotten fish he informed me she had been there from the last 3 days. But thought she was having a rest funny in a sad sort of way.
