So I bought the above mentioned tank second hand from a guy who got it direct from Pentair. As you can see in the photos I have some weird bubbling going on in the gel coat. The bubbles are hard to the touch but it's a little worrying. The tank is used for a Chinese softshell turtle so I do have a Zoo Med Powersun HID Metal Halide for UVB. I noticed where the light hits less there are less bubbles. I'm wondering if I should empty the tank (I do have a spare Laguna 127 preformed Pond that I put Mr. Softy in from Memorial Day to Labor Day) and possibly sand the bubbles down and maybe use Pond Armor or something like that to re-coat the insides ? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
