Ok i was wondering how much harder a 150 gallon tank is thenmy 90 i found a great deal on a 150 but im want to no if i have to do more water changes an does the water stay balenced??? more so than a 90????

it all depends on how you stock it.....more volume of water / # of occupants

depends on how you stock it. i have 15 cichlids, 8 loaches and 3 catfish in my 150. i have 2- 75g biowheels on the back and a 200g canister filter. i use a 36" light to keep the light dim and reduce algae. i water chance 25% everyother week and change the filters once a month. i feed daily. i went from a 30g to a 75g then got the 150

i jumped up from a couple a 55 to 125g, To me its the same just larger filters and water changes. thats just my .02
