Its just for the tank...Should I buy it? It would be a project because light would run 200 plus whatever it cost to build a nice stand...Just seems really cheap

YES!! If it's in good condition, jump on it. It won't cost all that much to build the stand, and there are a lot of options for the lighting, but even if you dropped 2 bills for the light you still save a ton on the tank itself.

It's a great deal, and you can use a cheap shop light to get it running. I would jump on that one.

DO IT!! That's a great deal. Around here, a 150 tank only is easily 300 or more if the tank is in good shape.

A new 6' 150 from an LFS is about $400 - 500 for just the glass, and it goes up to like $600 for drilled. I'd jump on it if the tank is in good condition. If you're unsure, strip it and reseal it. It's only a few bucks for silicone.
