150 gallon setup

Just got a 150 gallon, with everything filters, heaters, top...everything for 300$ good deal right? I dont remember exctly what it all has but i get to go get it tomorrow, and check it out. Of course if its no good im not buying it. But im pumped. now i have ot figure out what i want to do with it....any suggestions?

can you still use a saltwater setup as freshwater? liek all the stuff it comes with, as long as its rinsed and cleaned well? All the stuff will still do the same for freshwater right?

it depends on what it is. you can't use coral in the tank unless you want high PH. you will most likely need new substrate and rocks or decor. does that tank come with a stand?

yeah comes with a stand, but i dont want to do saltwater anyways, i want to run freshwater
