I have a 150 gallon aquarium that is 72" long 24" tall 18" deep.
Would this stocking list work?
1x tiger oscar
1x green terror
1x jack dempsey
1x firemouth
1x salvini

As adults, the bio-load will be high. As far as territoriality, they will let you know if it will work in the long run. Just because they grow up together doesn't mean things won't change later on. Have another tank available when aggression gets high, and hope they are all the same sex.

Ive got a smaller canister filter on it and 4 sponge filters on it. Im used to doing large water changes weekly as i had a jack dempsey in a 55 gallon and did a 50% weekly so water changes wont be a problem. The only extra tank i have at the moment is a empty 29 gallon, if the aggression levels get too high ill take the agressive fish out and rehome it.

That would be a lot of aggression. And the Oscar would be a perfect fit by himself in there but with those other things it’s gonna be over stocked.

I can drop the salvini and the firemouth if that will help the aggression. If i drop those how will the stocking level be?

The JD and Oscar are your biggest concerns. If you can drop the salvini and JD you should be good.

Any dither anyone could recomend that would work with these fish? When i had my jack dempsey before it died it was very skittish and I only saw it if i sat quietly and still for like 2-4 mins. Anything that would that would give the fish courage to go out in the open and swim around would help.

Gt is also a problem, they are mean.
Giant danios, Buenos Aires tetras, Aussie rainbows are good.
