ponca city oklahoma
so im probably going to get this 150 off ksl
and was wondering if this stocking would be ok i was going to do polys but its a 6 foot tank so the width is to short for ornates
so here it goes
1 pair herithys carpintis
1 fei feng
1 l018 gold nugget
1 bristlenose pleco
5 silver dollars
1 vieja

what kind of vieja would you guys recommend for this i was thinking synspilum but would like to know some other options.

Variety in color I would go Maculicaudas, Synspilus, Bifasciatus, Melanurus, etc. Those have a really good variety of brighter colors, and are a bit more feasible to get a hold of through most local fish stores, less the Melanurus.

Dont go with Argentea right now. Very aggressive fish. The carpinte's will get trashed. Go with a Hartwegi or Fenestratus, melanurus, or a Bocourti even though Bo's aren't Vieja they were at one point. Maculicaudas, Synspilums, Argentea, and Zonatus are all very aggressive fish.

i really like the blue fenstratus that rapps carries and they are at a perfect size for me now would this stock be over doing it
1 pair escondido
1 flag tail(maybe) it will the shorter variety 1' tops
1 fenestratus
1 female festae
5 silver dollars
2 small variety plecos

humpity bumpity

that sounds good, dont know about the plecos though, is there any reason you wnat them in there?

If theyre too big, theyll produce alot of waste, but if theyre too small, theyll probably be et

because i already have had them for months and i love them lol the bristle will be about 7 inches with the 1018 no idea

im not putting any full bottom dwellers in there besides them 2 with some good hiding places for them.
