150 stocking???? Is it ok?

For a single Florida gar and possibly an Oscar only. This tank is still just a slight possibility but if I get it I want predators. Please help a noob out!!

No, that stock will not work as a 180 gallon is the minimum for an average-sized captive adult Florida gar. Also, oscars (and any other cichlids) are terrible tankmates for gars.

Yeah, you really need more width of the tank so the gar can turn easily. That is why a 180 gallon or more is best.
