The Pindare are subadults at around 3.5" so they are about as colored as they will get. But when will my Abalios really start to color up? They are about 4" or so now, the Rotkeils are also about 4"...they have quite a bit of changing to do as well.

Nice setup. When I had abalios they started to grow their nice trailers, and color up at 5". It's pretty much the same case with the Altifrons I have now.

Thanks :) My first time owning Geos...didnt know what to expect for them. I have 5 of each of the geos and the 2 Rotkeils.

Nice group of fish the tank looks goodki
only thing I don't like are the whit intake tubes. Besides that I like it a lot nice job.

That's what I don't like about RENA too...see if you can wrap some moss on the tubes. They do stand out, probably because the rest of the tank look too good :)

Yeah I also hate the rena light blue tubes and will never understand why they opted to go with that color. If I didnt already have hydor inline heaters I would get some of those smart heaters that also serve as intakes. I do have some Spiral Vals coming next week that will hopefully hide the intakes. Thanks for the heads up on when the geos will start to color. Im expecting around 5-6" on the Rotkeils as well before they start to get that nice coloration.

Beautiful setup!
