I was wondering if this tank is still good to go even tho it has this crack.

It's tough to see in the photo. Is the crack actually a chip? Is it on the outside corner?

If it's a crack or if it's on the inside, it's toast. If it's a chip on the outside corner (away from the joint), it's marginal, but likely OK. That's a lot of water to have a seam come apart. I would check it out really well.

Good luck!

Well he told me that it held fish before, so i was thinking that it would be okay. But then if I put my fish in their and they bang the tank then I might be sol.Is their a way to maybe fix this??

I would wait and see what it looks like first hand. It may be OK, but you should really check it closely.

The only way to fix it would be by removing the chipped side of glass, putting in a new section and resealing.

Yea i would def check it out in person before u purchase anything.

Like what was mentioned above, if the crack/split is on the inside then the tank is toast.

If its on the outside then u would have to replace the outside part of the glass.

Personally i wouldnt use any tank with a crack/chip in it.

The last thing u wanna do is come home and find ur tank leaking all over ur house.

You might check with a windshield repair company and see what they say. Most claim to be able to fix chips in windshields with some kind of super strong resin...
