15g Apisto tank?

I have the chance to purchase and setup a 15g tank. Which has the dimensions (in cm) 55 x 32 x 32. I am hoping to go to stock a pair of Apisto's as the main stock with possibly a few dithers and some ottos. I am particularly interested in the panduro sp. My planned stock would be:

2x Apisto panduro (pair)
3x otto cats
5x either neons or false rummy-nose tetras.

How does this sound?

As for filtration! I will be running a fluval 205 with dialled down output filled with ceramic rings and pads.

The tank would be a planted one with an amazon style biotope. Possibly blackwater?

Any suggestions, advice and comments would be greatly appreciated!

I have an Otto in my sons 10 gallon and he is a pretty cool fish. Keeps things fairly clean, doesn't poo that much and is pretty active. He actually hangs out with the Cory Cats quite a bit.

I will wait for the tank to become algae covered and then put some in. They look very fun and active.

I didn't get the panduro, instead I got a wild caught pair of Apisto. Oregon. from the Rio Itaya (Peru). So this will be my Rio Itaya biotope. My second Peruvian biotope
