Why do you use the containers then? Because they are cleaned well correct?I wouldn't use it to build ornaments or artificial reefs.....

I know, that's what I was saying though - what if the soap residue keeps building up in your water over time, then one day reaches a toxic level, JUST LIKE Mercury, Lead, PCBs, etcMercury builds up within the fish not the water column in the same way pestivideo build up in fish. Mostly through bioaccumulation
Is that not why we do water changes? Could the same not be said about ammonia and how it reaches a toxic level over time?I know, that's what I was saying though - what if the soap residue keeps building up in your water over time, then one day reaches a toxic level, JUST LIKE Mercury, Lead, PCBs, etc
And build up in a water column and a body system are two different thingsI know, that's what I was saying though - what if the soap residue keeps building up in your water over time, then one day reaches a toxic level, JUST LIKE Mercury, Lead, PCBs, etc
They are cleaned with high-pressure and boiling waterWhy do you use the containers then? Because they are cleaned well correct?
Sure, anything can build up in toxic levels but again - as far as letting it go into your tank why would you WANT TO let it get in there in the 1st place? Is that not why we do water changes? Could the same not be said about ammonia and how it reaches a toxic level over time?
ok, right.....but nothing beneficial about either of themAnd build up in a water column and a body system are two different things
So if a soap container is cleaned with high pressure water and boiling water do we not end up with the same result? And why do you keep assuming it's getting into your tank after being cleaned? Would you "let jelly filling get into your tank, why would you WANT it in there in the first place?" Seems your being hypocritual about this situation now in the fact that you can wash one thing and have it fish safe while you can't wash the other and have it fish safe. It's amazing the discussion that can be created over a bucket to raise lights eh?They are cleaned with high-pressure and boiling water

Wouldn't prevention be better? I seldom do WCs because I NEED to....I do them to PREVENT toxins from building up.
Do you eat because you're hungry or do you eat to keep from GETTING hungry?
ok, right.....but nothing beneficial about either of them
You just like to argue, don't you? LOL Kids these days, I tell yaSo if a soap container is cleaned with high pressure water and boiling water do we not end up with the same result? Now you are deflecting to avoid the fact you were wrong. I can be a big enough man to admit when I'm wrong but I guess you can't teach old dogs new tricks because sometimes the dogs are just to arrogant to be taughtYou just like to argue, don't you? LOL Kids these days, I tell ya
There's a difference between opinionated discussion and an argument, if you feel you are arguing your not doing so hotYou just like to argue, don't you? LOL Kids these days, I tell ya
