170 Gal tank Glass warping :irked:

I have a 170 Gal aquarium when filled full way u the front & Back glass get warped like a bow...

Any solution ??

More braces front to back? Build trim around top and bottom?

I see you have a top brace across the center of the tank.
is it attached?
is it bowing on either side of the brace, or is the center of the pane bowing out?
I was going to recommend euro bracing - here's a nice example, but that won't help if the glass is too thin that the center of the pane is bowing out.

Yes the brace is attached n I have added anothet one but it just comes off when the aquarium is full. N it bows from the centre from front and back.

And the glass is 12mm thick

You didn't post the dimensions, but if it's 24 inches tall, it will bow without support over a 6 foot length. They might have left it filled to only 4-5 inches to the top. Add proper bracing and you should be fine. Bowing should be very small or you will risk an accident. If you can see it bow, that is way too much.

Yeah, that tank is going to need some additional bracing. I would look into adding some euro bracing for sure.
