 Hello, this is my dream tank that I hope to one day construct outdoors. I finished drawing this up all by myself, every line and detail. Hopefully one day I can stock it with the following fish:
1-Redtail Catfish
3-Tiger Shovelnose
4-Silver Arowana
4-Pleco
2-Tigrinis Catfish

The purpose of the tank is to provide AMPLE space to comfortably house these fish so that they can grow to their maximum size without restriction. I am very picky about my water quality so this tank will be heavily filtered and any Ideas for a filter system let me know. I just hope it doesnt cost as much as my car when its done...

what is the length and width of this tank..??

tall and skinny wont cut it....should be a pond and it might work for a while but not for two 5-6 foot cats....

the dimensions are 16 feet by 5feet by 3feet....and tiger shovelnose cats rarely even get to 4 feet long in their 20 year lifespan. some barely get 30" long even with ample amounts of space from what i have seen. But I may changed my dimensions just to add a hybrid or 2 to 16 feet by 8 feet by 4 feet.
