After some moving around I'm planning on having the following fish in this tank:

2x Severums
5x Jurupari
2x Festivums
1x Chalceus
1x JD

With that group I figure I can go in a couple of directions...either add another biggish fish or 2 (oscar, BGK, something like that) or some smaller fish like a shoal of large tetras or cories, or smaller peaceful cichlids like keyholes or some kind of apistos, or rams. The only real question with that would be the JD, and it's an extremely peaceful female. Just curious what people think, or open to suggestions (I'd like to keep it South American, though I know the JD is CA).

Anyone?

i would go with the smaller cichlids. but the JD would be a problem with the smaller cichlids. So i would go with the key holes.

Yea I'm not sure how it would go if I added really small things like rams...my JD is literally the most peaceful fish I have, but I'm afraid little apisto types would be pushing it.
