175 gallon setup

I will have 2 tiger oscars, 1 lima shovelnose catfish, and not sure if 2 bala sharks or 2 birchirs wld be better. The tank is 175 gallons. Wht wld be a good cheap filter for it and wht wld be a good heater if i need one? And wht is good lighting for the tank? I probly wont have plants due to the oscars. Although i have fake plants in my tank rite now and they never messed with them. If i do i will have top plants mayb try a lily pad. Any help?

anyone?? Is there a gar i cld put in there or mayb some kind of arowana instead of the birchirs or wld it be too much? and if so where can i find good information on them?
