Only mentioned as in their native habitat. They are only colorful minnows, at the bottom of the food chain. I am sure the males get eaten faster than the females.

It's only a 75 gallon, so a nice trophy Bass would not fit very well. It is a pretty peaceful tank, from what I read about, how agressive they can be.

Try a small catfish (12" bullhead, for example) instead. Happy munching!

There's been some rather strange ones lately...this one is right up there with the guy who claims to want to keep a peacock bass in a twenty gallon tank.
Maybe he can send that pbass to markstrimaran and they can both get what they want :)
