I'll replace this 33g with a wet/dry...:naughty: Just wanted to see my pre-drilled holes at work...

There are 2 250W Ebo Jager heaters inside the 33g sump....Took a day and a half for the temp of the 180 to reach 81 degrees....

The stand is made of 2x4 and 4x6's....

j - nice wet/dry

what stops the tank from emtpying out during a power outage? you got a switch on that thing?

either way, its looking good!!!

put a fishy in the sump too!

Nice...What else do you plan on putting in there, once it's cycled?

Cool Tank. I like the set-up. Post more pictures once you have it filled up with more Monster Fish! :naughty:

why do you add live stock for the cycling?you tortured the fish, next time search for another source of amonia.verry verry strange method.

Thats a pretty awsome tank but kinda dirty? lol might be just the pics are you gonna cover the stand up with boards?

One of the joys about posting your own pix is reading the comments and answering the questions....Thanks to everyone who took their time to reply....

Jerry, I'm planning on using one hole for a wet/dry and the other hole for that 33g....Which means, both output lines will be plumbed to go through the top of the tank...In the end, there will be wet/dry located on the left side and that 33 will stay on the right...Yes, I'll put some fish in that 33, maybe two red-eared turtles....Home Depot sells white pvc shut off valves....Scuzzy19, the water in my sump is the same quality as the water in the 180, it's clear...wipe your eyes and look closer...lol...Clear now...I like the stand as is, it shows my filtration system...More pix to come within the next week...

sweet....

thou i wouldnt put turtles in the sump or bottom tank, they are VERY dirty and will cause you more water quality issues and more frequent water changes will be needed...esp. if you plan on breeding some fish :naughty:

New Lights!!!260 Watts...The fish can swim to the shadowed ends...
