Hey everyone.
Just wanted to post a thorough update of my system.

I have a 180 gallon tank with about 15 fish in it.
Fish List:
1 5" silver aro
1 5" red severum
2 3" angels
2 5" geo. altifrons
1 5" threadfin geo
1 4" geo. abalios
1 10" fire eel
1 5" red tail cat
1 5" Polka dot synodontis
1 6" albino pleco
1 3" hifin asian pleco
1 3" gold nugget pleco
1 4" flagtail

Plants: 2 amazon swords, 2 brazalian swords, short grass, tall grass, large java fern, 3 bush plants (unidentified)
(not very informed on the plants but they are doing well and are budding.)

I have read up on all of these fish and I know that some outgrow the tank but I usually sell them once they out grow the tank and replace them with smaller ones.

Equipment on the tank is as follows:
Lighting: There is a six foot custom retrofit with 4 54" t5 bulbs and 8 Led moonlights
Filtration and aeration: I run a mag18 on an eshoppes 300 gallon rated wetdry. I also have tunze 500gph powerhead and an aqueon 500gph in-tank filter with built in sponge with an air tube for aeration. overflow tube is drilled on the back of the tank.
Heater: Two 300watt ebojager heaters

The added internal flow has really improved the look and hygiene of the tank as well as the health of the fish and plants. Plants have also helped remove the cloudiness of the tank.

In addition to the 180 gallon tank are two "support tanks". one is a 10 gallon on the floor next to the tank with an air stone in it. I breed black worms in this tank and seems like everything is going well. Today I accidently pulled up what seemed to be a mating ball. I fed it too my fish and it looked like a ball of sand and worms with a bunch of baby worms all around it. Im sure there are many more like it. There is also a 12 gallon tank used to breed live bearers as feeders. there are 3 guppys 1 male and 2 female. there are also a pair of platys that have yet to burst. I tried putting some shrimp in there too but they keep dissappering.

Heres some pics of everything.

its pretty simple actually. Just need a small tank 5- 10 gallons, an air/pump with stone, and some rocks for hiding. dump a few portions of black worms and feed a couple of pellets a day. before long they will florish. they are easy to breed and can supply a steady food source once well established.

I like your set up. Those dirftwoods and plants looks amazing. Also, your collection is very nice! gotta love the geos

thanks for the comments. i love my geos they are really starting to color up. the first time I put in the black worms they smelled a little but whenever they start to smell i use carbon and it takes out the smell
