180 gallon help with set up please

ok im buying a 180 g this weekend and the set up has been running with fish in it for almost a year now and it has an fx5 that comes with it so my question is
when i drain all the water in order to move it and get it back to my house set it up with everything that it has been set up with including the exact filter, substrate etc. will i still have to cycle the tank? any input would be great thanks

As long as you save some of the current tank water and make sure the filter media is kept wet while you transfer tanks over you should be fine .

But what i always do is leave the tank about 24hours to let the water setle and cycle around the tank acouple of time before put any fish in .
