180 Gallon Peacock Bass Tank

So, currently I have 2 peacock bass (8inch), an oscar (10inch), and a large pleco (14inch) in my 180 gallon tank. Since I am on kind of a tight budget I have one 4 ft shop light for lighting on the tank. Saying this,the lighting is pretty bad and I was wondering what kind of affordable lights would really make these fish pop and look good?

Natural light bulbs ( t12) from Walmart.

as hay said, shoplights from anywhere are a good option, alternatively ebay PAR38 LED bulbs and a handing socket are nice and fancy Bulbs are about $14 ea if you look carefully and sockets run around 15ea
