180 gallon setup??

Hello I have a 180 gallon fish tank and it its going to be one of my grow out tanks for my Cichla I.till they get into the 300. But my question is, I have two corner over flies and to holes in the black that leads down. Will take pics when I'm done. I did by a sump and its very small. What is the easiest way canister fx5 or get a bigger sump?

Nvm will post pics in the moring. To hard to get a a good pic fuels its dark. But what's the best filtration for Cichla??

Do both....the more filtration the better ...then again i am a fan of redundancy

The only real problem is plumbing, can I use and fx with over flows
