As of right now my 180 Gallon has 2 rays, 2 4" Dats, and an Albino Senegal who is about 8". In the next few weeks I will be selling my 2 rays, and therefore I need to restock! I am interested in certain fish, but I am open to suggestions. I need opinions on compatability, and numbers of fish etc...

Anyway...I was looking at these fish.

Salvini's
Red Tiger Motas
Jags
Pikes (Strigata, Cobra, Xingu 1)
Rotkiel Sevs

The Red Tigers are the most essential to me. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could do in my 180 with these interests?

red tiger motas would look AWESOME in there, as well as some xingu pikes and maybe festae. why are you selling your rays?

Festae is definitely a good suggestion!

Im selling the rays because I want to try cichlids again. I have been very successful in keeping them but ever since I lost my 20" Black Aro (randomly, I think he swallowed rocks from the substrate), I haven't been that interested with them.

you wont be able to keep dat's with most cichlids
sverums deffinintely depends on kinda pike you get

Okay guys...I talked to Rapps and I am ordering these fish for the 180. They will all be between 3-5".

C. Salvini
V. Bifas
Hemichromis Frempongi
Female Red Tiger Mota
Male Parachromis Managuense
Male Aequidens sp. "Gold Saum"
Crenicichla sp. "Xingu 1"
Crenicichla sp. "Cobra"

There will be a problem though...before these fish come in, I won't be rid of my rays yet. Does anyone have any suggestions? What could I divide my 180 with for a week or two?
