i am selling off my moba frontosa colony and am going to have a 180 gallon to restock the only thing left in the tank will be three 6 inch clown loaches

any ideas of what i should restock the tank with im not sure what i want to go with yet so any ideas appreciated

Definately go for a breeding pair of larger CA/SA cichlids. Something like festaes or red tiger motas, something you could get some money off. Thats i would do with a spare 180. I currently have a 180 with a medium sized CA/SA community, and thats working well for me. American cichlids are so personable IMO, and with a tank that size you can get a few!

I would go for MED. LRG. cichlids vieja , terrors, sevs maybe.and cats

what do you think in your opinion that would be worth breeding

Well, whatever fish you cannot find in your area. Will likely be a good choice. Green Terrrors cannot be found anywhere in my area so whn i bred them my lfs offered me £3 for a 1" fish. But the larger, more difficult to obtain cichlids are a good option. Festaes, and red tigers as i say can retail at a good price and they have large spawns. Up to you though ultimately, you could go for more of a peaceful community with sevs, uara and geos maybe? I personally would love to have a large group of geophagus altifrons.

i think im going to go with a tank with some sevs geos clown loaches and maybe a flagtail prochilodus
thanks for your input

I would do a black shark and let it grow to its full potential. Might be able to put some tough centrals in there but I would let the black shark be the main fish in there. Although they are easy to find when small not many want to deal with thier crazy aggression when large.
