I am upgrading from a 75 gallon to a 180 gallon. The tank was used for saltwater and came with a sump. I am going to keep running my 406 for mechanical filtration. What are some good biomedias to run in the sump and any other good medias to run in either the 406 or the sump. The sump is a 45 gallon and my pump puts out 1100 gph I think

I have been using pond matrix lately and i love it. Is it a sump or wet/dry?

It's a sump, I think I'm going to have the water flow in and go through some coarse foam then into finer foam. The next chamber will be 6 gallons of bioballs, then through fine foam and up through a plate and through a couple gallons of biohome ultra, then down a waterfall for oxygen, then up the pump back into the tank. Would this be a food setup?
