Building a 180 gallon sump from an old tank for a 1000 gallon system and wondering if this would work. Going to use up some equipment I have on hand, in sump bio filter, old mars tank sponge in tank filter and a crap load of siporax and matela.. Any critical comments appreciated. Have to go with only 4 baffles for the weight as I have to build it in one place and then move it into the stand so don't want too many baffles for the excess weight.

Guess I'll have to talk myself through this. 3rd. baffle height from the right has to be the height of the mars filter as it uses an overflow. 2nd baffle from the right will be 1 inch higher. Going to leave the space between each baffle the size that the matala squeezes in tight.. Main concern is how much space I should use in the middle for the refugium and still have enough area for the equipment on the left. The tank has 3 glass braces on top, 1 in the center is the largest, that I want to clear so I can do maintenance easily.
