I need to know exacly what you would do for filteration...do i really need to sumps?

my 180 has an FX5, XP3 and an ac 110 pwr head

3ac 110 and 1 xp3 and they are heavily stocked

one would neve "HAVE" to sump... I've seen 220+gal tanks just loaded with power filters, and it works great, just depends on what yo uwant to spend and have to look at...
I would probabbly have at least 1 canister, and 1 power filter at a min...

my 210 is fine with two ac110's and an xp4

but in about amonth theres going to be another xp4 and a 55 gallon wetdry/sump

my 225 has fx5 and emp 400 and is crystal clear

I run wet drys on my 90 and 220.... sumps are just aot easier....

yea i just dont wanna have to buy 2 sumps, but i'll probaly get to sumps, a aqua clear and maybe a canister...i have a feeling im going with the 210 with overflow, 650 you cant beat it!
