selling my 180 gallon and going with a 265. should that make much of a difference for weight on the floor? 265 is 7 foot so that gives me 2 more square feet of coverage. just seeing what your thoughts are. right now for the 180 its sitting on floor joices that run the same way as the tank and under that about 2 feet down is concrete which i have many 2x4s stilts under the joices. think there will be much of a difference between the 2 tanks? the water weight is 1500 lbs plus i guess 300 for the 180 gallon so thats 1800 lbs divided by 12 square foot floor space = 150lbs per square foot. 265 is 2200 lbs water plus i guess 350 lbs for the tank. 2550 divided by 14 square foot is 182 lbs per square foot. seems pretty close to not make much of a difference if im figuring right. what to you guys think? all input appreciated
