So,my 180g tank sprung a leak from the bottom of the tank last week so i had to drain the tank and move my fish to a 55 i had in the house. So one of my friends came by and said that since i have to do a full tear down anyway, I might as well put the tank in the wall like i've always wanted. So i started with the project . Here are pics of the project so far. I am putting the tank at eye level so that it will give the illusion of a picture frame.

why did you put the tank so high up?

This way the tank will be at eye level which will make it look like a picture but also we are going to put a bar height table and chair in front of the tank and it will be at eye level sitting next to the tank

It looks really great! So clean and professional-looking!
