180g tank stand canopy in oc/socal

i hate to do this but im moveing out and the new place can only fit a 150 so my 180 has to go..
the tank is a 180 with 2 built in over flows with like 20ish gallon sump it has a stand and canopy with lights atached to the canopy,2 48inch strips.it is curently up and running. im asking 375 obo
