well when i got rid of my piranha's i was going to grab more but had to pay somethings...so i just wanted to switch it up a bit so i grabbed one of these butterfly pavon's...i think this guy is wicked but hes not doing much.
i got him friday last week, threw feeders in none were touched, they were all sucked up in my power head.. oh wait...i just saw him lurking around so i went up to my room and grabbed some feeders threw 2 in he owned the 1st one..im pumped up now

Nice! Congratz on your Pbass. They do a lot better in groups, not experience from me but thats what I heard. I plan on getting another one soon.

Welcome iceman, I'm the one who directed you to this site from the other site..

Good to know your pbass ate one feeder. You had piranhas in there so your powerhead might make too strong of a current. If you have a good filtration system you can probably shut that powerhead off as there's no need to use it right now. Could be harming the bass more than it's helping too.

You might want to add some salt to make sure there's nothing wrong with your bass and like I said keep that temp at 84-86

i came home from work and i saw him lurking around the middle of the tank, grabbed another feeder tossed him in and he was gone in a blink of an eye..im loving this guy, my assumption is that hes keeping to himself because they're better in groups. i can definitely say next week im going to grab another one of these guys, maybe 2 more to help with his courage. hes new to the tank, and i got some bright lights. my biggest worry was him eating, but since hes eating infront of me that takes a bunch of worry away..my temp is at 30C so shes nice and warm for the guy

edit...there was a feeder in the middle of the tank, and i just saw him go from his corner and swoop out and munch that feeder down woo hoo
