Recently picked up my first wide bar dat. It's about 13" & doing great in a 240 that he shares with a 8" RTC. It's very active & follows us around begging for food. Anyone know if it's a male or female?

Appreciate all the compliments - thanks so much! Guess I did well for a beginning dat keeper & got lucky w/him. Regarding price, let's just say my friend really hooked me up (way under market price). So like aros, there's no sure fire way to distinguish between male & female until a tube drops? No matter...my wife & I love his personality. Especially compared to his RTC tankmate that basically lays around until the lights are off.
