I am moving to Pennsylvania this weekend from North Carolina (Camp Lejeune area) and I have 2 Red Belly Pacus I need to re-home. I bought them in early 2009 when they were about 2" long and when we moved here a couple years ago, we transported them in a large igloo cooler supplemented with an aerator. Well, they have grown since and will not both fit in the cooler any longer. They are in a 200 gallon tank right now 72x24x30ish, and they need to go to a tank at least that size or bigger. I can deliver them to your house within the area to make sure they are going to a right sized home.
