have you tried Hikari Cichlid gold?

I've had good experience with this with my previous adult aros.
and it seems to have same nitrient content with Hikari food sticks except for vitamins?

Big Al's on-line have the 2.2 lbs bags on sale for $35. I don't know if their stores price match (no stores near me). I guess that's cheap.
