I have (1) 5"+ pleco that I need to rehome!!! ( I am guessing on his size).

Asking $2 as a small fee to make sure he goes to a good home. Please try to have a 55g or larger aquarium.

PICKUP ONLY unless the buyer wants to pay for ALL shipping, and supplies cost.

Pics were taken tonight with a cellphone. He/she is eating on flake food, large sinking pellets, and algae wafers. The pleco will come right up to you, and is NOT shy at all. Tempermant is peaceful right now, but he/she has LOTS of growing to do.

I'm not trying to be rude, but I don't think anyone would pay for a trip to pick him up or shipping fees when they could just go to their LFS and pick one of many up. :s

sorry, but you're probably best to just give him away to your fish store.

No problem. Thanks, but I REFUSE to give him to any of my lfs. They would just cram him in a 10g tank with about 50 other plecos.

As for shipping, I am just giving mfk members the option. Personally, I wouldn't pay it either.

I know around 6 people on here that live like 5 min. away from me, so they are more than welcome to add them to their tank.

If I can't find him a suitable home, it is fine. I can keep him, but I really wanted to rehome him so I can use his tank for other fish.

As always, I def. prefer local pickup since it really isn't worth all the trouble for shipping just one pleco.

BTW: He will prob. be free by tomm. : )

I really wanted to make his tank into a discus aquarium. ( 1 adult pair).

This is an older pic of one of my 15"ers.

( he has a new home along with another 15", and 8" common pleco). Expect the little 5" one to get this big, or bigger. The 5" pleco is growing about 1/2" every month.
