2) 2ft x 1ft x 1ft sump with Cabinet and door (Door hinge rusty)

5) Pump (enough to maintain clear water)
6) Single outlet normal air pump
7) White pebbles
8) 2ft x 2ft divider used as cover

Item 9 to 14 - collection only after tankset is sold.
